A 1.5-million-sqm waterfront development co-developed by China Merchants Shekou and Hongkong Land in Nan’an’s Tanzishi district, opposite the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers. It pairs Landmark Riverside Park (opened September 2016, second phase June 2018) with the restored Tanzishi Old Street, hotels and residences.
